Sales are final on all subscriptions.

Under no circumstances/conditions are refunds permitted or honored for any subscription.

To cancel your subscription, please login to your account, and click on the CANCEL button available next to your subscription at your dashboard. It is located at the bottom section of your dashboard. Once youy click the CANCEL button, your subscription would be automatically cancelled.

For hardware purchases from our Shop/Store at store.smsit.ai, you can return any item purchased from the store within 30 days of the delivery date.

You can only return items that are defective or arrived damaged, as any other reason for a return would be rejected.
