Callers will call that number and leave a voicemail with a question or issue. SMS-iT™ allows you to receive these voicemails directly in your account and listen to them at a later date all from within our web based smart GUI.

In addition to voicemail, we also have call forwarding where you can select any number in your account to have incoming calls forward to whatever number you wish.
