This tool is a game change for SMS marketing.
SMS-IT can literally save you a bundle if your using other services for SMS marketing. I don’t need to cover the features as their all listed here, but I’m very glad I went full stack on this. You can use your Twilio account if you have a small list if you want, but for any larger lists, the ability to use your phone is a cost savings gamechanger. After talking with support, you just need a line that has unlimited text and voice, data not required.
So, I took an old android phone form a few years ago, spent 5 minutes getting it unlocked, and signed up for an unlimited voice and text no contract plan for $8 a month. That is literally my only cost going forward to have a way to send an unlimited amount of messages to people phones every month (I bought Tier 3 of SMS-IT), so I’ll never have to pay for Twilio or any other similar service.

Insane deal.
I've just finished an intro call with Mark and this platform is out of this world. I'm not an IT guy, but the amount of features it offers is just incredible.
Pros:
- lots and lots of features
- unlimited numbers
- high allowances with T1 and T2 (unlimited in T3!)
- great support, happy to jump on a zoom call for 30 mins as many times as we need!
- fast website
Cons:
- lots of features - I felt overwhelmed first few times when tried to configure basic things myself
- the UI/UX seems a bit old fashioned (but this is just my personal opinion)
In summary:
Buy this deal before it's too late (at least v. generous T1).
With the help of customer support you'll have your own marketing powerhouse in no time, which will save you big $$$ in the long run

This is why!
To get unlimited keywords and no limits for anything, and the sending of sms is 0.00 ,fixed, for life!
Damn!
I live in romania(where unlimited means that you still have to pay for these sms)
But for those that want to skip the noise of WhatsApp, this tool is GOLD!
Not a person who appreciates FOMO, but I do think that this might be more than just useful

This is my first review on Appsumo.
I don't know what to say about SMS IT. I've never seen anything like it.
I'm well aware of the new Blockchain and Metaverse trends and the fact this amazing tool is going to be integrated in the new Internet (Metaverse) is just mind blowing.
If you don't have it, get it. If you don't get it at this price when all the integrations happens I doubt the retail price will will stay the same.
There's lot of more to say about SMS it but you have to discover by yourself and adapt it to your business.
This is tool is genius!

I brought Tier 1 and will be upgrading.
This is a well-thought-out SMS service and beyond from A to Z. It really is a breath of fresh air when you’ve thought you’ve seen it all and it can’t get any better than this! Well, it just got better with SMSIT! I'm not joking! This is a really great product. I've seen SMS that can compete cost effectiveness wise but SMSIT blows them out the park. They've literally hit a home run with this and somehow manage to hit the ball again before it even touched the ground with their SMS IT CLOUD which you don’t need Twillo for.
The team is aligned, the brand is aligned, the services are aligned, and it will to get you aligned with whatever systems and processes you want to create for your sales process use of SMS. Everything you thought about they’ve thought about it (and more) and implemented it. I stood on a call for over an hour and I was beyond wowed! The walkthrough of the panels and dashboards are seamless I experience no interruptions. a 30-minute call turned into an hour and a half and the whole time I was having fun learning about all the features.
The team at SMS IT really knows what they are doing, they're on point they’ve made it so that you see them everywhere so you know they’re not going anywhere and here to stay. I can say so much more. You wait until you see for yourself!!

This Is One Incredible Program
After signing up with a Level 2 pricing, I was asked to schedule a 30 min session with support so that they could make sure I understand the system. I have just spent nearly an hour on the phone with Henry, who is absolutely OUTSTANDING.
This program can do so much more than what we realize. And for those of you who worry about a sim card, use the SMPP option and get a Twilio or if you have a Twilio account use it.
I really did not want to mess around with a sim card or IOS but was able simply to hook up the system and run with it by using my Twilio account.
Furthermore, i have clients, and it is so easy to add sub accounts and then charge them for using it. I even like the idea that to get a new Twilio # i can do it IN the program. The team has thought of everything.

I had been looking for a SMS tool. I bought other SMS tools here but the closed down in a couple of months.
So, I decided to have a gal on this one. I can tell you that SMS-it is the best Twillo replacement I have ever used.
The best of all?

By the tests I have done, the tool works great.
The cons?
No native Zapper and Pabbly connect integration which is coming in 2 months time.

You might just be surprised
I have had SMS-IT since it first came out. I did not want to unlock the code or take the wrapper off until I knew exactly what it was and what it could do. Not many tools show up on the scene and say they are a Twilio replacement. In fact, I have never seen an LTD do that. I said to myself wait a minute what is it that you are doing SMS-IT? I was surprised to learn that what they are doing is nearly the same thing Twilio is doing and more. They are actually using the sim card in your android device and passing it through their gateway to connecting to your wireless carrier's backbone. Now does it do it a little unconventional, yeah but it works as advertised. Once you get past the onboarding and actually get an onboarding call like the one I got on Easter night. Yes, on Easter night they were working. (I was impressed and went back and max stacked after that. I shared a few marketing ideas that this tool can be used right out of the box.

Is the tool perfect? No not perfect but you can get a lot of marketing done in short order with this tool once you become familiar with the navigation.
Pros:
+ Truly is unlimited
+ More SMS marketing tools than you will probably ever use in your lifetime.
+ Tech Support is always willing to help
+ API is wide open
+ Can still use Twilio number as well.
Cons:
- No true sub-accounts. (*Well you can do sub-accounts but you share a portion of the same dashboard.) They say they are working on this.
- Onboarding is a little rough, but once you get past it better buckle your seatbelts.

I had an hour chat with the team and was simply blown away. There are many things here that are amazing and I think they should document them on youtube videos as it is easy to miss.
I will highlight the things that are important to me but please note that it cannot do justice to the amount of work and the features added by the team and they will do well to document them in short videos.
1. Smart Tools
Mobile Page Builder - this is a really great tool similar to Mobiz ( another appsumo deal) Q & A - you can set SMS Q&A with autoresponder to help you get and segment your customers better Auto Birthday wishes etc - just look under the "Smart Tools"
2. OTP - this is a very cost-efficient option compared to other tools
3. Using custom information to make the text personal, I am not talking about the usual first name, last name , you can add a separate note for example individual affiliate code or coupon, you can also separate by location.
4. I know a lot of you have VBOUT (appsumo deal) and they are planning integrate it with others which will make this the ultimate marketing machine. It is an injustice to see this as a small sms tool.
5. Automated order updates.
Lastly, support is amazing. I went on the site and have had a lot of my issues solved in no time. I also use CSCart and they are looking to integrate that for order updates so what's not to love?
Do yourself a favour and get the deal while you can.

I'm going to be honest. I'm very new to the world of Twillio and SMPP. But one thing I know, is that when you scale and grow, these services can end up costing businesses tens of thousands of dollars a month.
So seeing this lifetime deal, I was definitely curious. But what got me excited is that a deal-breaker feature request has already gone into planning so quickly. The response and feedback from the SMS-iT team has been fantastic and I truly hope it doesn't stop now that I've purchased the deal.

Okay, first I'm a noob with SMS services.
I have never used Twilio (but I've been registered for a year or two). But have always wanted to be able to use an SMS service. I'm an odd duck and always wanna try something other than the mainstream services/tools ("Stay weird," Sumolings! :'p)

So I had to register for a Payment service there that requires a local-Philippine number.

We are currently testing SMS-iT mainly for transactional SMS and MMS messages using the device gateway. So far I'm very impressed with the performance.
Group Messaging, Message Templates, and scheduling all appear to be working reliably.
The API works well with no significant lag.
The web signup widget looks like a great idea for those not technically minded.
Group opt-in via keyword reply is a brilliant feature.

The cheap price of the Decentralized Version made me choose it. I used the instructions that you receive once you sign up, to set up my gateway with an Android phone I bought from MetroPCS. I spent roughly 10minutes completing the whole configuration process. At the end, it was more than worth it! Highly recommended!
